Cole Elementary is a Title I school. Title I is a federally funded program under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) that provides additional support for students considered "at risk" and enrolled in schools that are "high risk". Title I schools offer additional services such as mentoring/tutoring services, before/after care, language translators, community education, and outreach to English Language Learners.
